About the course
Head Start/Early Head Start managers, content leads, and coordinators are in a tough spot when it comes to working with data in their programs: they are “in between” those who collect, enter, and use the data and those who need the data to report and maintain funding.
In this workshop we’ll focus on strategies to help you provide a valuable feedback loop for your staff who collect and enter data that
- Honors their effort
- Returns the data to them to benefit children and families
- Results in happier staff.
We’ll also introduce skills to communicate those efforts to your senior stakeholders
- To communicate compliance
- To emphasize progress and continuous quality improvement.
